(1) Customers must contact Operator prior to the start of the exchange process.

(2) In case of an item being returned, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping.

(3) Customers may request an exchange for goods sold within 30 days of receipt. The requested exchange item(s) must be in the original condition, new, unworn, non-scratched or non-damaged.

(4) Item(s) must be returned first in order to receive the exchange item(s).

(5) No refunds are permissible.
